Paul J. Chavaux has lived in Hermann since 1992 after moving from University City Missouri.
He and his daughter, Alie, operate the Tweensteeples and HighPoint locations.
Mr. Chavaux also owns and operates BPC Computer Service Center and has been in the computer programming and service business for 26 years. He is 49 years old.
